Meet the Team
Andy Odysseos FCA
Trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987 with a medium sized West End Practice.
He has a vast amount of experience in accountancy and taxation. After qualifying he spent two years specialising in corporate and personal taxation with a top 6 UK firm of Chartered Accountants. He was then approached to manage a large portfolio of clients in a city practice, which he did for four years.
He went into practice on his own in 1993 and Thomas Alexander & Co. was formed. Andy specialises in managing and growing the business with the introduction of new clients from all over the UK and Overseas. He also manages the tax department of the firm, specialising in complex Revenue enquiries and tax mitigation planning.
Andy is married and has a son and a daughter. His interests include golf and he is a keen Tottenham Hotspur Fan.

Vas Chrysostomou ACA
Vas Chrysostomou joined Thomas Alexander & Co. on a training contract in 1999, and qualified with the firm as a Chartered Account in 2002.
He became a partner in 2007 and now manages the audit and accountancy department of the firm. Vas manages a large portfolio of clients ranging from small clients, up to clients with a turnover in excess of 25 million pounds. He has a wide range of experience and is able to deal with complex auditing, accountancy and taxation matters. Vas also specialises in business start ups and has assisted many clients in raising of finance, preparation of business plans and cash flow projections for presentation to financial institutions.
Vas has also worked closely with firms of lawyers and specialises in law society audits and the taxation of legal practises.
Vas is married with two children, both girls. He is a keen squash player and is also a supporter of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.

Nick Georgiou
Nick qualified as chartered accountant in 2009 and became a partner at Thomas Alexander in 2016.
Nick specialises in business start-ups with a focus on the digital, media & technology sector. He has extensive experience in dealing with equity raises and funding rounds and advising on the tax efficient structuring using the HMRC venture capital schemes.
Nick also has experience in setting up and administering company share option schemes and equity incentive plans for staff, in particular the use of various tax advantaged option schemes such as Enterprise Management Incentives (EMI).
In addition, Nick has also advised on a variety of corporate transactions involving our clients including private acquisitions & disposals, joint ventures, company share buybacks, mergers & reorganisations.
Nick also advises on all areas of personal taxation with an emphasis on tax planning for high net worth individuals.

Ram Kumar ACA
Ram joined the firm as a qualified accountant in 2000. He originally qualified in 1970 in his birth place Sri Lanka. He speaks fluent French, Arabic, Singhalese and Tamil. He worked for international groups and Banks before joining Thomas Alexander.
Ram enjoys working in the areas of preparation of small sole trader, partnerships and limited company accounts for a wide variety of industries. He also assists clients with bookkeeping and personal and corporate tax returns.
Ram enjoys travelling and gives up a lot of his time to assist charitable organisations and sits on the board of several charities.

Androulla Odysseos BA (Hons)
Androulla qualified as a solicitor in 1986 and spent many years as a practicing solicitor for a medium sized firm specialising in commercial and civil litigation before joining Thomas Alexander in 2002.
Androulla deals with company formations and the on-going statutory affairs for all clients. She advises on shareholder agreements and other legal issues and also deals with the firms HR affairs.
Outside of work she enjoys reading, spending time with her children, and travelling.

Natasha Chrysostomou MAAT
Natasha joined the practice on a full time basis in 2007 after several years involvement on a part time basis. She qualified as a full member of AAT in 2010.
Natasha deals with company formations and the statutory affairs for a number of clients. She is an accomplished bookkeeper specialising in the use of Sage software and deals with the in house bookkeeping for a number of larger clients. She also controls the preparation and filing of quarterly VAT returns for a number of clients.
In her spare time Natasha enjoys the cinema, concerts and travelling.
